When a call is received our receptionists are presented with a screen of information about your company and how to answer the call according to your specifications. This could include contact names and numbers of people within your company, web site promotional details or even directions to your office. The more information you give us the better it helps us deal with your calls effectively, leaving time for you to carry on with normal day to day business.
Call Answering with Call Transfer / Call Patching
We also offer Live Call Answering with Call Transfer/ Call Patching for up to 3 people in your company, depending on who the caller is looking to speak to. And, if unavailable, we will gladly take a message and either email or SMS text the details to you immediately.
We answer 99% of all our calls within 3 rings so you can rest assure that you are getting a professional answering service, and of course, in a friendly and efficient manner. Your out-of-office hours calls will also be dealt with efficiently by our Voicemail Call Answering system or if you prefer redirected to an alternative phone number.

Our Live Call Answering Package are
- Low Volume €33 per month
- Moderate Volume €49 per month
- High Volume €84 per month
Live Call Answering is available Monday to Friday 8.3-am to 5.30pm.
Included in our Low Volume Package are up to 10 Calls per month, Moderate and High Volume Packages are up to 20 and 50 calls respectively. Additional calls are charged €2.10 and €1.80 respectively each.
Call Patching/Transfer is charged at call cost of transfer. Payable Annually. All prices subject to Vat where applicable.
